Returns & Warranty

Our shipping policies

Davan products that are purchased on our website (excluding promotional or sale items) can be exchanged or returned within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date for a full refund in the amount of the purchase excluding shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. All merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed, and be accompanied by the original hang tags. The condition of the product is left at the discretion of Davan Company.

Returned products:

• Must be in its original condition when received and unused
• Must be sent back with all original labels, accessories, and packaging

If all conditions are met, we will refund the amount of the invoice back to your original method of payment (not including the shipping costs).

All on sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned. If a product was purchased from an authorized retailer and NOT directly from Davan, please contact that retailer directly as policies change from store to store and we are not responsible for their policies.

U.S. Customer Returns

Davan products that are purchased on our website (excluding promotional or sale items) can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund in the amount of the purchase excluding shipping costs and/or duties.

In the case that a customs and duty form is required, please declare the items as “UNDER WARRANTY AND REPAIR” and a value of $1. Davan Co. will not accept packages that acquire customs duty and taxes.

Customers will be notified via email when the returned item has been received at our facility. The refund will be made to the original form of payment. We understand returns can be frustrating, please allow us 5-10 business days for us to process your return. We are working as quickly as possible!

Returned products:

Davan Co. is not responsible for any lost and/or damaged parcels. Any parcels that do not adhere to our policy will be rejected and mailed back to the customer. If you have any further questions or concerns, please email us at sales@davandesigns.com and we will gladly help you with the process.

Our warranties are crafted with the same regard for detail that is applied to every item we produce. DaVan Co. offers a Limited 1-Year Warranty for purchases made through www.davandesigns.com.

Our One (1) Year Limited Warranty is only valid for customers purchasing directly from our website. If you purchased your DaVan Co. Product from a retailer, please contact the retailer directly for their return/warranty policies. DaVan Co. is not responsible for warranty claims of products purchased from retailers.

We are trying to help the planet by repairing bags, if possible. DaVan Co. has the authority to determine if the cost of repairs exceeds a reasonable amount, a replacement will be issued in lieu of a repair. DaVan Co. will repair or replace products at our own discretion. DaVan Co, will not perform non-warranty repairs or alterations. If you warranty claim is approved, please ensure your products are cleaned prior to being returned for repair.
